Preventive dental care is the foundation of good oral health — for infants, children, adults, and seniors.
Once your baby’s first teeth appear and prior to their first birthday, we offer an infant oral examination that assesses the health of your baby’s mouth and helps you develop a daily program of good oral hygiene. It’s important to begin preventing caries and gum diseases at a young age.
Children’s teeth need regular dental cleaning and examination. We typically recommend that children visit their dentist every 6 months. Your Dentist may also recommend fluoride treatments and sealants as preventive measures.
For Adults and Seniors:
We want you to smile — frequently! Regular dental cleaning and examination is important for the health of your teeth and gums, and also for your overall health. Your dentist will recommend the appropriate frequency of visits based on your needs. Most patients visit their dentist twice a year.
